• WHAT I DO

    My work revolves around project and research management at Arizona State University, where I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of cooperation and cancer evolution research. I'm also the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Arizona Cancer Evolution Center (ACE) Scholars Program and the Cooperation Scholars Program, two interdisciplinary mentoring initiatives for undergraduate students that provide research and professional development training while building community and fostering team and project-based work.     I recently graduated with a doctorate in educational leadership in higher education. My research interests include mentoring, the intersections between technology and higher education, and barriers to student success - such as students' basic needs insecurity.

    I graduated from Illinois Tech in 2016. Recipient of the International Scholarship and Alexander Hergan Scholarship. President of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, local chapter.

    I graduated from the Romanian University of Sciences and Arts Gheorghe Cristea (Bucharest, Romania) in 2012, with a specialization in Finances-Banking.
