Dr. Cristina Baciu is the Assistant Director of Research at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She is a higher education leader, research development professional, and mentoring scholar-practitioner whose work focuses on faculty research support, mentoring, student success, and institutional strategy. For over a decade at ASU, she has held leadership roles in research administration and program development and has co-founded several mentoring and e-mentoring programs, including the ACE Scholars Program. Dr. Baciu holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and psychology and a doctorate in educational leadership in higher education. She is the author of the forthcoming book Beyond the Campus: The Power of E-Mentoring in Modern Higher Education.
